We aim to work directly with a senior physiotherapist to enable our clients to rehabilitate at home following a stroke, accident, operation, or any lengthy stay in the hospital. Our trained caregivers assist with basic exercises to help improve mobility and daily living tasks allowing while allowing our clients to rehabilitate at home. A member of our assessment team would be happy to visit you to discuss your needs.

This is for clients who need continuous care for varying lengths of time. We are able to provide you with a care support worker to live with you in your home
